That girl with the curly hair who wears her heart on her sleeve is going to be very important to you in life. She is special. Hey words are inspiring. Hold on to her.
Well, the way it works, as I’ve learned recently, is if you reach a certain point in your career where things are going very well, public perception needs a ‘Yeah, but.’ Like, ‘Yeah, but she’s been on lots of dates apparently.’ ‘Yeah, but I hear she’s crazy.’ I think you’ll find it has a lot to do with being a woman. And I resent that. That there has to be some downside to your personality or lifestyle if you’re a woman and successful. But I’m not gonna say to my guy friends ‘No, I can’t go to lunch because people will say we’re dating.’ I just reject the idea I have to change the way I live my life.
Every time you feel like going “Ugh, why do I have to do this?” You think about “Where I was a year ago and how I would have killed for any opportunity to be in this life as I know it now.” —

I feel like this is really important advice for everyone that is having a hard time at uni, or college or high school. Don’t give up even if it’s hard, because everyday you get closer to your goals ;)

there’s something to be proud of  about moving on and realizing that real love shines golden like starlight, and doesn’t fade or spontaneously combust.

Hey Joe! I’m doing real well.
